No.  Teebaud is not meant to be washed.

Yes. Teebaud is safe for use on radiant heated floors installed for residential application with temperatures not exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Yes.  In areas protected from weather, Teebaud may be used outdoors.  In areas not protected from weather, Teebaud's resin system my lose effectiveness quicker than normal.

No.  Taping nor splicing Teebaud together is not necessary for large mutli-pad installations.  Simply lay each pad side-by-side.

Teebaud will not leave a residue on carpet. When installed on a smooth surface, Teebaud may leave an inoffensive light residue which is water soluble and cleans up very easily. The residue can be cleaned with warm/soapy water or common household cleaners such as Orange Glo Hardwood Floor Everyday Cleaner or a Bona spray mop, subject to specific floor finish/surface manufacturing guidelines. 

Household scissors can easily trim the Teebaud underlay.  Utility knives may also be used, but please be cognizant of damaging the flooring surface during cutting.

Depending on the size of the order, orders placed before 1 PM CST will typically ship the same day.  Larger orders that stress inventory levels may need more lead time.

Teebaud will shop your order around with multiple carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, LTL) to determine the most economical solution of getting our product to you.

The ideal way to use our product is to set it down underneath your rug and leave it.  We've seen pads last more than a decade when they aren't moved around often.  The more you pickup and move the Teebaud pad, the more stress you put on the water-based resin system which can detoriate it's effectiveness over time.  

Do not use a vacuum directly on the Teebaud product.  However, you can vacuum a rug that is on top of the Teebaud product.
